About Me

My background has been in managing large teams in both the Hospitality Industry and Floristry; it was during my previous job as a Designer Florist that I developed an allergy to some of the flowers leading to asthma.  I was disheartened with conventional medicine and decided to look for an alternative therapy. This is where my love and fascination for reflexology developed.   I was amazed at how the body could respond to the corresponding pressure points on the foot, so decided to delve into the practice.

I studied at the Central London school of reflexology under the tuition of Michael  Keets   I passed my ABC level 3 diploma in 2011 and am a full member of the Association of Reflexologists (MAR). I hold a current first aid certificate and am fully insured. I have continued to develop my skills adding Hot Stone Reflexology, Reflexology and Cancer, Hopi candles and Indian head massage to my repertoire.
