Due to the current pandemic, I will be ensuring with the utmost diligence that your treatment will be as COVID secure as possible .

What to expect

If you are a new client I will require you to fill in a consultation form prior to your treatment either on line or over the phone with me . This will reduce close contact time and also enable me to give you a more tailored treatment .

Pre appointment risk assessment (24 hours prior to treatment)

Prior to your treatment I will call you and do a risk assessment over the phone, this will be a simple quick question and answer session is line with government guidelines , to ensure that there is no risk of transmission to either of us, usually lasting around 5 mins. If you develop any COVID related symptoms within the 24 hours prior to your appointment simply text or call me to cancel , there will be no cancellation charge in this case.

The appointment

On arrival to your appointment, I will ask you to sanitise your hands and check in via the NHS track and trace App. I will also ask you remove your shoes and socks and place your belongings in a box. You will be required to wear a face covering unless exempt for your protection .

I will be in full PPE for your protection .

If you are attending the Covent Garden clinic , please wait in reception and I will come and collect you from the waiting area, please arrive 5 mins before your appointment . The treatment room will be fully sanitised and aired between each treatment
